1. Menggosok bibir dengan madu dan gula

• Campurkan gula pasir dan madu secukupnya saja

Resep #4 Cupcake Coklat

Bahan :
– 100 gram gula pasir
– 100 gram margarin, lelehkan
– 75 gram coklat masak pekat, lelehkan
– 75 gram tepung terigu
– 1/2 sendok teh cake emulsifier
– 1/2 sendok teh baking powder
– 12 endok makan susu bubuk
– 3 butir telur

Cara Membuat :

5. Tuangkan adonan tadi ke dalam wadah cetakan yang telah diberi remukan biskuit oreo
6. Untuk lapisan puding jelly campurkan semua bahan lapisan lalu masak sampai matang atau mendidih
7. Angkat dan tuang di atas lapisan sebelumnya tadi, ulangi cara kedua di atas lalu bisa anda masukkan freezer agar dingin dan siap untuk dessert keluarga

6. sebelum mendidih, masukkan campuran kuning telur dan mentega kocok kedalam agar-agar tadi.
7. setelah mendidih angkat dan dinginkan sebentar lalu tuang diatas lapisan agar-agar yang telah tersedia.

Resep #1 Pancake

Bahan :

• 110 gram tepung terigu serba guna 
• 1 butir telur ayam ukuran besar (kemudian kocok rata) 
• 1 1/4 sdt baking powder  (Saran: gunakan yang double acting)
• 1/4 sdt garam
• 2 sdt white vinegar atau air jeruk nipis
• 1 1/2 sdm gula pasir
• 2 sdm mentega atau 40 gram margarine, cairkan.

• 135 ml susu cair atau 3 sdm susu bubuk full cream + 130 ml air (aduk rata)

Cara Membuat Pancake

1. Masukkan susu cair dan white vinegar atau air jeruk nipis/ lemon ke dalam mangkuk berukuran sedang. Kemudian aduk hingga rata dan diamkan selama 5 menit agar susu menjadi asam.

   Campuran susu cair dan white vinegar atau air jeruk nipis/ lemon berfungsi sebagai pengganti buttermilk, agar tekstur pancake menjadi lebih lembut dan empuk

2. Dalam mangkuk terpisah, masukkan tepung terigu, baking powder, garam, dan gula. Kemudian aduk rata hingga gumpalan di tepung menghilang.
3. Selanjutnya, siapkan mangkuk berukuran sedang dan masukkan mentega cair (yang sudah dingin), susu dan telur yang sudah dikocok sebelumnya. Kemudian aduk adonan hingga tercampur rata.
4. Kemudian masukkan tepung terigu ke dalam kocokkan telur dan susu tadi. Lalu aduk hingga tercampur rata menggunakan spatula. Aduk secara pelan dan sebentar saja, jangan berlebihan.
5. Siapkan wajan datar anti lengket atau wajan teflon, kemudian olesi sedikit mentega pada pemukaannya. Olesi juga bagian dalam cetakan pancake (jika anda menggunakan cetakan pancake)
6. Kemudian tuangkan satu sendok sayur adonan ke atas pemukaan wajan. Tunggu adonan sampai terdapat gelembung-gelembung kecil pada permukaan adonan.
7. Lalu, balik adonan agar bagian atasnya juga matang. Jangan ditekan, jika sudah berwarna kecoklatan, berarti sudah matang. Angkat pancake dari wajan, kemudian lakukan langkah nomor 6 dan 7 sampai adonan pancake habis.
